About StockGeniuses
We built StockGeniuses because stock research had become too scattered.
We kept running into the same problem: information about stocks was becoming easier to find, but harder to hold together. Stock selection has always felt like one of the hardest thinking problems in investing.
Financial statements, screeners, news, ratings, notes, and dashboards were everywhere. The difficult part was deciding what mattered, comparing the evidence fairly, and remembering why a conclusion made sense once the market started moving.
That tension is what led us to build StockGeniuses. We wanted one place where the thinking behind a stock decision could remain visible.
More data was not solving the problem.
The deeper we went into individual companies, the more obvious the pattern became.
Every tool gave us another piece: a chart, a metric, a headline, a rating, a spreadsheet, a note. The pieces were useful, but the conclusion still had to be assembled somewhere else.
The research ended up scattered across tabs, documents, watchlists, broker screens, and memory. Once prices moved, it became harder to tell what we had believed beforehand and what we were only explaining after the fact.
That was the real problem:
Investors need more than information. They need a better way to organize judgment.
Disciplined investors rely on frameworks.
Professional pilots use checklists because even experienced people can miss important steps under pressure.
We believe investors benefit from the same kind of discipline. A good framework does not replace judgment; it makes the questions, assumptions, and tradeoffs easier to examine.
That idea became the foundation for StockGeniuses: a workspace for comparing evidence, capturing a thesis, and returning later to see what changed.
A place for the reasoning to stay with the decision.
StockGeniuses is the workspace we wished we had.
One place to analyze a company, understand the surrounding evidence, capture the thesis, follow what changes, and revisit the original decision later.
Analysis, watchlists, portfolios, signals, AI explanations, notes, and journal entries all serve the same purpose: keeping the research record attached to the stock.
When that record remains visible, it becomes easier to see what held up, what changed, and what the next decision can learn from it.
Built for investors who want their reasoning to hold up over time.
StockGeniuses is being built for equity investors who want a reliable way to research companies, record their thinking, and revisit earlier decisions as new information arrives.
We are still early. But the purpose has stayed the same: make it easier to see what you believed, why you believed it, and what changed afterward.
